We will dispatch your lenses within 24 hours of receiving your order, we can offer the following delivery services.
Shipping Information
Orders that meet the requirements will be handled with care at the nearest warehouse and sent out within one business day of being placed. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. What is selected at checkout is the shipping service. The shipping time is calculated from the date of dispatch not from the date of purchase.
If you selected a tracked shipping service you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it has been shipped.
International Customers – Please Note:
All orders ship from our UK warehouse. You may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by your local customs office upon delivery.
These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost.
5-8 Business Day Tracked Service:
This is a tracked service. You will not receive a tracking reference automatically for this shipment. Spooky Eyes cannot be held responsible for delays between the postal services.
DHL 1-3 Day ON-DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following free delivery options:
- Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery.
- Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
- Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
- Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
- Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY ODD will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. When the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.
DHL 1-3 Day Service:
Monday – Fridays only**
PO BOX ADDRESSES CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO BY THIS SERVICE. If you place an order with a PO Box address, we will email you for an alternative address which will delay shipment of your order. A signature is required for this service.
**Orders placed after 8am EST on a FRIDAY will not be dispatched until the next business day, which is MONDAY. Saturday and Sunday shipping and delivery does not fall within the 1-3 day estimate.
DHL Customs Clearance:
DHL 1-3 day orders may be subject delays through customs clearance, as these are sent from our warehouse in the UK.
7-10 Business Day Tracked Service:
This is a tracked service and a signature may required on delivery. Delivery times are estimated. You will receive a tracking number and link via email. Your tracking number can also be used in the USPS tracking system.
